An Architecture Studio based on the KZN South Coast, Fusion Studio Architecture gives you the client complete architectural design solutions as well as project management on all architectural projects from conception to completion.

Fusion Studio Architecture draws on 31 years experience of André Brand from the well known architectural practice: Toi Skellern Architects, and Lead Designer Dawid van Rensburg.

Our established yet expanding client base on the KZN South Coast, and soon to expand to the KZN North Coast, have different architectural styles which have been custom designed to our client’s specific needs. By working closely with you the client, we design your home according to your personal needs and preferred architectural style.

Fusion Studio Architecture is SACAP registered as required by law and is able to render all architectural services. As registered SACAP members, Fusion Studio Architecture is held to a code of conduct as set out by SACAP, which cements our responsibility towards our clients.
Fusion Studio Architecture’s Principal, Professional Senior Architectural Technologist André Brand has obtained extensive experience over a period of 31 years in Project Management, conceptualisation, design and supervision, as affirmed by the many projects he was involved in, including but not limited to the Bronze Paradise Holiday Flats in Leisure Bay, Surfbay Sands Holiday Flats in Shelly Beach, Banners Rest Retirement Village in Port Edward, as well as many private residences and holiday homes which can be seen on the Toi Skellern website (www.toiskellernarchitects.co.za).

The Lead designer of Fusion Studio Architecture was the originator of designs in Oslo Beach (450 m2 residence designed in accordance with Islamic Law), Port Shepstone (1000 m2 residence designed in accordance with Islamic Law), Marina Beach (400 m2 Holiday home) and have worked on various other projects including an industrial/residential multi-usage building in Harding.
